How do you get funding from us for your idea?

Golden Heart Innovations helps inventors secure patents. We then share profits with the inventor.

To make this business model profitable we actually purchase your invention from you. You remain the inventor on the USPTO’s books and per each contract you have the capability to buy the patent back from us. However, we think you’ll want to leave it with us and just enjoy the passive income from our partnership. We will worry about the costs and upkeep of the patent and you can just enjoy a recurring check in the mail.

How we make any money for you and for us is we lease the patent to corporations to produce and sell the innovation. That license fee is what we share with you.

Golden Heart Innovations, unlike most companies doesn’t make money on your ideas until you do. Other companies will charge you membership fees or marketing and legal fees up front.
Because we put up the cash up front for the patent process we will thoroughly vet your idea for marketability. If there isn’t a market niche for the idea that we can find we won’t fund the process. However, we will provide you with several free resources for you to do your own research and if you feel you have something that meets our criteria, we’d love to hear from you!

Patents can take a very long time to complete. A good way to hold your place in line for your idea so no-one can steal it is provisional patenting. It still costs between $300-$400 to get but it will help you in securing your intellectual property. The patent process itself can cost $10,000+ so it’s a good idea to start with a provisional.
